We wrote a story late last month when T8 Webware unveiled Grip at Finovate Fall 2011, and CEO Wade Arnold joined us on PrairieCast earlier this month to discuss the new product and the Finovate experience.

For those who didn't catch our previous coverage of Grip, it's is an app that aggregates a consumers' balance and transaction data from an unlimited number of domestic financial institutions into a single, up-to-the-minute view to help users better understand the flow of their money.

In introducing the product at Finovate, Arnold explained it like this: "T8 Webware services over 240 community (financial institutions) nationwide. When servicing those customers, we found out only one of them has a mobile app, and we wanted to help all of them, so we built Grip."
