Hollrback explainer video: ‘Knowing that context is everything’

At Silicon Prairie News, we love seeing startups put out explainer videos to give potential and current users a succinct overview of the problem their product solves and how to best go about using it. These 1-3 minute videos are most often screencasts or animations. In Hollrback's case, it's a 1:32 animation that is very well done – the animation was professionally done by Tom Miller of Omaha-based Creative Ocean* and the narration is performed by Hollrback founder Gabe Kangas.

Here's the script from the first 25 seconds of the explainer video:

You're a person who meets people all the time – at the office, at a conference, or at a restaurant – you'll never know who you're going to meet. Like most people, you're not defined by one job or hobby, you're an interesting person meeting other interesting people for a variety of reasons. But how do you remember who you met and why? This is the focus of Hollrback, knowing that context is everything

My favorite part is '...Stop fist bumping total strangers.'

Really great video. Was it an Omaha company that produced? I'd love the lead, we need this at 9 Clouds.

Just signed up for Hollrback too, super slick and easy.
