Over the past few weeks, Andrea Ciurej brought us profiles of Hayneedle‘s three recent additions to its executive team: president and CEO Carter Cast, chief marketing officer Ash ElDifrawi, and chief merchandising officer Jason Goldberger.

When we approached this series – titled Stacking Up in reference to the high level of talent and experience added – the goal was to learn more about each individual’s background, skill set, role at Hayneedle, and advice for startups and entrepreneurs. Andrea surpassed this goal as she captured candid stories, new viewpoints, and sound advice. Additionally, she edited each interview into six minute videos.
