Lincoln The Turbine Flats Project is an "idea community" in Lincoln that began in 2008 with 22 people and 11,500 square feet. Lincoln While studying electrical engineering at The University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Matthew Wegener had a part time job at a salvage yard where he worked on cars and poured concrete.
