TEDxDesMoines organizer Alexander Grgurich has teamed up with the Greater Des Moines Partnership to put on a livestream of the upcoming 2011 TED Conference in Long Beach, California on Wednesday March 2nd.
TEDxDesMoines, first held last May, is a local version of the famed TED conference, produced under license, featuring speakers from across Iowa. The second iteration is currently being planned for June of this year.

Thought leaders, TED fans and the community in general is invited to stop into the Greater Des Moines Partnership Building (700 Locust Street) to view just one session or stay all day. There is no cost to attend but because space is limited, you’re asked you to RSVP at ted.com/tedx/events. They also note that light refreshments will be served, but attendees are welcome to bring their lunch and dinner along with them.
