You really can never go wrong when it comes to watching a video of TED talk. Yet this one from Simon Sinek ranks among my all-time favorites. Sinek, an anthropologist by trade, quit his day job in advertising at Sinek Partners in 2002 in the hopes of rediscovering his excitement about life and work.
