Omaha Apple opened up its iPhone to third party app makers in March 2008. Less than a year later, Omaha developer Andy Peters left his full-time job and founded Ninth Division, a mobile app development shop. Omaha Unless you're a real estate agent in Nebraska, you probably haven't heard about the Omaha startup that's developing an app for home buyers and sellers. At an event today, the startup, muvin, expects to host more than 200 realtors for a product demo, round table discussion and complimentary cocktail reception.
