Angel investment group Linseed Capital has a new home in Central Omaha at 719 S. 75th Street.
James and Karen Linder bought the almost 10,000-square-foot building and an adjoining home next door in August.
Karen Linder told SPN it will be a place for Linseed to have an office and offer space to its portfolio companies.
Tethon 3D, a ceramic 3D printing startup the Linders co-founded, is a tenant.

There’s more room for light manufacturing, separate office spaces, a conference room, break room area and an open loft that could potentially be used as a co-working area, Linder says.
They’re renovating the property, but plan on an open house as construction winds down.
The 1,800-square-foot home next door will serve as a place for visitors to stay who come to do a 3D printing residency with Tethon 3D.
