Lincoln Earlier this year we wrote about our visit to the State Capitol to testify to a subcommittee of the Nebraska Legislature on behalf of LB 1109 - Adopt the Nebraska Innovation and High Wage Employment Act: Silicon Prairie News testifies on behalf of Nebraska Innovation Act.
