“Page One: Inside the New York Times,” a film we encouraged our readers to see when it was released in July, has a special showing scheduled in Des Moines on Thursday thanks to the work of Lava Row and CDS Global.
The two companies have teamed up to host a free screening of the documentary that gives an inside look into the Times’ newsroom and sheds light on the changing news industry. This subject is of particular interest to us as we work hard to build a sustainable model for delivering news on our region’s entrepreneurs and creatives.
The “Page One” showing in Des Moines will take place at the Fleur Cinema at 7 p.m. (networking begins at 6) and guests are asked to register in advance by visiting pageonedm.eventbrite.com.
