Jeremy Harrington, the Des Moines-based user experience lead for Voce Communications, literally put his pen-to-paper to create an impressive set of “sketchnotes” documenting the presentations at Big Omaha. (Left, photo from twitter.com/jharr.)
Harrington’s series covers most the keynote speakers as well as others who appeared on stage, including MC David Hauser, Nebraska Senator Ben Nelson, and Nick Seguin of The Kauffman Foundation. Some of pages were also autographed by speakers, such as Sarah Lacy, Gary Vaynerchuk and Marc Eckō.
Originally comprising ten pages of his notebook, the sketchnotes are now available on Flickr (see slideshow below or photo set titled “Big Omaha 2011 Sketchnotes“) and are featured on SketchnoteArmy.com, a compendium of sketchnotes from “events, conferences, workshops and other notable gatherings from around the world.”
