Chris Shaw, Think Big Partners entrepreneur in residence, and his fellow Tech Trekkers no longer have to ask, “Are we there yet?” Shaw’s Google Glass hardware has arrived and dates have been set for the cross-country documentary of startup hubs, funded through Kickstarter. “Tech Trek” will kick off July 11 in San Francisco and run through July 18, stopping in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Boulder and other spots on the way back to Kansas City. The group—including Blake Miller, Jason Grill, Hampton Stevens, Spencer Walsh, Rigo Neri, Erik Wullschleger—will document early-stage companies it meets and other activities along the way to create a film Shaw said will be made available to everyone. — Source: Think Big Partners
