Des Moines tops Forbes’ Best Place For Business And Careers list

Des Moines Forbes.com, the digital flagship of Forbes' business publications, rated cities across the nation on a 12-point scale to determine the best places for business and careers. Topping the list is Des Moines, who moved up from 7th position in a similar list last year. Forbes cites the educated workforce, low cost of doing business, and moderate and stable housing market as part of the reason Des Moines was recognized. read more
