With so many events going on this week, you're going to have to pull out those calendars. Tonight, BitMethod picks up from its spring Builder's Forum when it hosts the first DeMo event. On Tuesday in Kansas City, Augie Grasis (left) will speak at the Technology Entrepreneurs Speakers Program and the two-day E-Day conference kicks off.
