Royce started writing for Silicon Prairie News in February of 2011, with the goal of helping foster the growing community of Kansas City entrepreneurs and creatives. His early contributions have helped expand Silicon Prairie News coverage in the Kansas City region.

Royce graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in computer science. After spending four years in corporate America, Royce took his skills to the streets and ventured into the startup lane. He has co-authored Jiffy Card, a mobile app that helps professionals study for certifications, and is co-authoring Legal Sonar, a legal directory helping lawyers and people meet through mutual friends.

Royce is the CTO of KR Legal Management and Legal Sonar.
