Amy Engle is currently a senior at Creighton University planning on graduating in May with a double major in digital new media and graphic design. Before coming to Silicon Prairie News, Amy was the web editor for The Creightonian helping to transition from a fully print publication to a robust online presence. She spent the spring of 2011 working as an intern in Washington, D.C. where she began her pursuit of the perfect cupcake, reviewing a new bakery weekly. Amy hopes her time at Silicon Prairie News will help her decipher which direction she wants to head after finishing school and can’t wait to take on the opportunities that await her.
