Polsinelli announced Friday that its firm has partnered with the Sprint Mobile Health Accelerator, powered by Techstars, to not only provide sponsorship but also legal counsel for the startups in its inaugural class.

The national law firm will be the exclusive legal sponsor for the accelerator in addition to providing each of its companies with a $10,000 credit toward legal fees, if they choose Polsinelli as their primary counsel.

“Technology and health care are both key industries for our firm,” Polsinelli shareholder Greg Kratofil said in a press release. “Our participation puts us at the cutting edge of mobile health care technology and is a natural fit for what we are currently doing for our clients throughout the country.

“To collaborate with powerhouses like Sprint and Techstars is not only beneficial for these young companies, but benefits the community as a whole.”
