With fresh paint on the walls and furniture assembled, Kansas City’s newest accelerator is ready to open up its doors to the community. 

The Sprint Mobile Health Acceleratorannounced in September—just closed applications for its inaugural class Jan. 6. Now its new space, located at 210 W. 19th Street in Kansas City’s Crossroads District, will be open for the public to learn more about Techstars and the mobile health accelerator. 

The open house will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 15, at the accelerator’s space, which will be used for various programming, including mentor engagement, STEM programs, community collaboration and co-working space for startups.
