Education startup myEDmatch has quickly—seven months since launch—caught the eye of DonorsChoose.org, the nonprofit that since 2000 has raised about $180 million for classroom projects. The Kansas City startup, which offers teachers and administrators “online dating for education jobs,” now provides users the ability to showcase a DonorsChoose.org project on their profile. “Our partnership with myEDmatch can further highlight a teacher’s classroom accomplishments and help schools identify these innovative and entrepreneurial teachers,” said Charles Best, founder and CEO of DonorsChoose.org.
