Big Kansas City is expected to seat a full house. Single tickets are available now for the first 400 attendees.

Individual tickets for Big Kansas City are now on sale. The ticket to our inaugural conference will provide access to the two-and-a-half day event, four official conference parties and an environment that acts as a catalyst for conversation and relationship building.

The Big Kansas City general admission ticket is available for $449 and a special entrepreneur/startup discounted ticket is available for $299.

During Big Kansas City, you’ll truly get to know the 400 attendees in the seats around you. Every aspect of our conference involves growing and learning through a shared experience, and because of this, we limit our attendance to maintain this intimacy. If you would like to be a part of this experience with us, buy your ticket now to guarantee yourself a badge.

We’re also excited today to release a Big Kansas City and Big Omaha combo pass, which provides a 10 percent discount. Individual tickets to Big Omaha won’t be released until March, so this is your first chance to secure a seat at the always sold-out event.

Four more Big Kansas City speakers

More than a dozen speakers will share our stage March 27-28. Last week, we announced the first four in our lineup. Today, we’re building to the Big Kansas CIty Speaker repertoire as we introduce four more individuals who will join us at Hangar 9. Among them are a “Female Founder to Watch,” a TED Speaker, a NY Times Best Selling Author and a hometown startup voice.

Rachel Brooks, Citizen Made

@RachelABrooks

Named to Women 2.0's 2012 Female Founders to Watch, Rachel Brooks is the co-founder and CEO of Citizen Made, a Chicago-based e-commerce tool for product customization. A participant in the NewME Accelerator, Rachel comes to the conference with a fresh story to share with our audience.

Jen Pahlka, Code for America

@pahlkadot

We knew Jen Pahlka was a fit for Big Kansas City, and after watching her 2012 TED talk, you too will discover why. Not only does Jen tell a compelling story about "Coding a Better Government" but as the founder and executive director of Code for America, her experience speaks to enhance an innovation movement throughout the country. With experience running Web 2.0 and Gov 2.0 events for TechWeb, Jen will come to Kansas City with a great vision and knowledge to help improve the public sector of innovation.

Bo Fishback, Zaarly

@Bowman

Kansas City natives will be familiar with Bo Fishback, the former vice president of entrepreneurship at the Kauffman Foundation and now founder and CEO of Zaarly. At Big Omaha 2011, Bo had a cow, literally. After telling us candid stories of startup challenges, he showcased how to use his platform by having a farmer milk a cow and deliver him a glass of milk during his talk. Now in Kansas City, Bo will have the same thirst to share how his social buying platform has grown and matured into the startup it is today.

Amy Jo Martin, Digital Royalty

@AmyJoMartin

Named to Forbes Up and Comers in 2012, Amy Jo Martin is the brains behind Digital Royalty, a company that creates digital integration and social media strategies for celebrities and top brands to professional athletes and public figures. Amy touts an impressive client list that includes Shaquille O'Neal, the Chicago White Sox and Zappos' Tony Hsieh, a beloved Big Omaha 2010 speaker. In October she published the New York Times Bestseller, Renegades Write the Rules, and on stage in March she will share her experience building this platform.
