Hudl co-founder and chief technology officer Brian Kaiser today was named to a dream team that includes the likes of LeBron James, Kevin Durant and Deron Williams.
No, not that Dream Team. But Kaiser, 29, was recognized on Forbes‘ annual 30 Under 30 list in the sports category for his work with Hudl, the Lincoln company that makes web-based video analysis and coaching tools.
Forbes chose 30 honorees apiece in 15 categories, filling its list with “disruptors and entrepreneurs” who are “impatient to change the world before they leave their twenties behind.” The teens and 20-somethings on the list include Mark Zuckerberg, Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber and Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen.

Kaiser said in an email today that he was “blown away at even the possibility of being on the list.”
“I love Hudl, and we are doing some pretty cool stuff (in my biased opinion),” he said, “but most of the people on these lists are in a whole new realm.”
Forbes is the second high-profile publisher of a yearly 30 Under 30 list to recognize Kaiser. Back in 2010, Kaiser made Inc. Magazine’s 30 Under 30 list along with his Hudl co-founders, David Graff and John Wirtz.
“It goes without saying that John, David and everyone at Hudl deserves to be recognized for this,” Kaiser said of the Forbes honor. “I’m just one piece of an amazing team that makes Hudl so great. It’s been a good year for the company, but the best is yet to come.”
A handful of other individuals with Silicon Prairie ties also made this year’s Forbes list. The honorees (with categories in parenthesis) are:
