The University of Kansas School of Business, in partnership with the university’s engineering and journalism schools, is hosting a celebration of Global Entrepreneurship Week today at the Lied Center of Kansas pavilion.

And, for those who can’t make it to Lawrence, event organizers have arranged a live stream (above).

The broadcast begins at 10 a.m. with a panel discussion featuring Kansas City-area entrepreneurs, including Bill Donovan, president of Pulse Aerospace; Naithan Jones, CEO and founder of AgLocalJoseph Melookaran, president of JMA Information Technology; and Danny O’Neill, founder of The Roasterie. The panel is scheduled to run for about an hour.

Following a break for lunch, the live stream will pick back up at 12:15 p.m. with U.S. Senator Jerry Moran discussing entrepreneurship and public policy. Sen. Moran has championed entrepreneurship and innovation, including through the introduction of Startup Act 2.0, a bipartisan piece of legislation to jumpstart the economy and create jobs through a dose of entrepreneurship, innovation and free markets.
