And now, your annual dose of BarCamp Omaha photo booth hijinks

Omaha September 21, 2012 by Michael Stacy

Historical records suggest the existence of Daft Punk's "Technologic" predated BarCamp Omaha 2012. But after viewing the BarCamp Omaha photo booth slide show, we could swear the song — with its funky, techy feel and perfect cadence — was created to accompany the recently released slide show.

The fifth BarCamp Omaha, Nebraska's take on the international unconference, was held two weeks ago. The event drew a crowd that was larger and more diverse than ever before. And, as has become the norm in recent years, photo booth hijinks ensued during the event's opening party.

Photographer Justin Limoges took those photos and set them to music, and the rest is history. Watch the slide show above to see lots of familiar faces — including a few shots of yours truly that are so unphotogenic they're blackmail-worthy.

For more from the photo booth, check out the Facebook album. And, for more coverage of BarCamp Omaha in general, see our story: "In fifth year, BarCamp Omaha draws largest, most eclectic crowd".
