Thursday from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at The Standard in downtown Des Moines we’re partnering with Omaha author April Kelly to host a meetup unlike any of ours yet.

At this meetup, we’re adding a bit of movement to the regular happy hour. You’ll make your way through a series of tapas stations throughout the evening. You’ll be free to strike up conversations, order drinks in between the rotations and experience a variety of The Standard’s signature tapas and classic Minitini’s with your traveling tapas pals.

Won’t make it right at 5:30? No sweat, come in throughout the evening, hop into a group and start at the next round. Between the motion, we’ll learn more about Kelly and her new book, “Spaghetti on the Wall.”
