That, it seems, is a common sentiment right now among Hudl‘s partners in the college football ranks. Hudl, the Lincoln company that makes web-based video and analysis tools for sports coaches, published a blog post yesterday sharing some impressive statistics about the NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision’s bowl season, which kicks off Saturday.
A sampling of those statistics:
- Forty teams that use Hudl are playing in bowl games, highlighted by the BCS National Championship Game between No. 1 Louisiana State and No. 2 Alabama.*
- Thirty of 35 bowl games include at least one Hudl partner, and 10 games feature two.
- In the final BCS rankings of the year, six of the top seven teams and 17 of the top 25 were Hudl users.
