Doug has over 16 years of leadership experience in building and investing in companies as an entrepreneur and brings to Microsoft an extensive background in inspiring, driving and participating in the development of foundational products in the interactive media and graphic design market. A passionate advocate for innovation and economic development in the Midwest, Doug is responsible for development teams located in Redmond, Wash. and a studio headquarters in St. Paul, Minn.
