It's peak Pitch & Grow season in Iowa, and in a new video interview Christian Renaud, a member of the board for the Technology Association of Iowa — the organization that puts on Pitch & Grow — and a participant and panelist in the most recent Pitch & Grow, explains just what that means for Iowa entrepreneurs.

With barely more than a week gone by since Pitch & Grow 5 and less than three weeks remaining until Pitch & Grow 6 on Oct. 26 at the Iowa Innovation Expo, there is no better time than the present for Iowa entrepreneurs to take advantage of the opportunities afforded by the event. Per the TAI's website, Pitch & Grow is an event at which entrepreneurs can "pitch their business to a supportive group of peer CEOs, CIOs, business development experts, industry professionals and business-savvy people" and in return "receive constructive feedback."

In the short video above, Renaud, who's also a principal at StartupCity Des Moines and the CEO of Present.io, offers more background and details regarding Pitch & Grow. For more on the event, see our coverage of Pitch & Grow 5 ("Locusic climbs one more rung on ladder, wins TAI's Pitch & Grow 5") and stay tuned for upcoming posts on Pitch & Grow 6.
