Today I'm off to the sunny state of California, specifically the great city of San Francisco. Marcus Nelson of Salesforce asked me to assist in a few events related to their annual Dreamforce conference taking place this week.

I'll be moderating and emceeing a panel as well as hosting a live show on the internal Salesforce Dreamforce  channel on Thursday. The two events are "Social Content Creation: Stories of Unbridled Success and Humiliating Failure," featuring members of companies such Column Five Media, Levi Strauss and Socialtext, and "Social Media Thought Leadership," featuring folks from Deloitte and Get Satisfaction.

I am also emceeing a panel on Friday, called "Who Is Who in Social Media: 10 Vendors in 60 Minutes."

You can view the keynote presentations live starting at 10 a.m. central time today at Salesforce Live at Dreamforce '11

I'll have a bit of time to sync and would love connecting if you're around to chat on all things good happening in San Francisco, the Silicon Prairie and beyond!  You can reach me on Twitter at @Slobotski or by email jeff@siliconprairienews.com.
