Geoff is serving his civic duty as juror across the street at the Polk County Courthouse, so Andy will be running the show with first-time guest Norah Carroll (right photo from lavarow.com), a digital strategist at Lava Row, and Mike Colwell (left photo from twitter.com) who is returning to talk about his new project, StartupModels.com.
