Startup Weekend Omaha returning Sept. 16-18

Omaha June 6, 2011 by Michael Stacy

Omaha entrepreneurs, grab the nearest pen, highlighter or other writing implement of choice and flip that calendar to September, because you've got some circling to do. Startup Weekend Omaha is returning Sept. 16-18, and organizers say the third rendition of the event "will be bigger and better than ever." This time, Startup Weekend Omaha will take place at Mammel Hall (6708 Pine St.), on the campus of the University of Nebraska at Omaha

Startup Weekend is a 54-hour event that focuses on building a web or mobile application that could form the basis of a credible business. Startup Weekend debuted in Omaha March 18-20 of 2010 and returned Sept. 10-12.

Tickets haven't gone on sale yet for v3.0, but we'll keep you posted on when they're made available. You can also check Startup Weekend Omaha's blog for more information on the event.
