Thanks to BrownWinick, our RSS sponsor

It’s no secret that a lot of our work at Silicon Prairie News is backed by sponsorships from companies and individuals around the country who believe in our vision of building community and elevating the Silicon Prairie region as a hub of entrepreneurship and innovation.

It’s no secret that a lot of our work at Silicon Prairie News is backed by sponsorships from companies and individuals around the country who believe in our vision of building community and elevating the Silicon Prairie region as a hub of entrepreneurship and innovation.

In the past, those sponsorships have been primarily tied to events like Big Omaha, the Silicon Prairie Party at South by Southwest Interactive and the Creative Capital Pitch Sessions. Starting last month, however, we began accepting our first sponsorship from companies interested in the publication itself.

We want to officially welcome BrownWinick, a law firm based in Des Moines but doing business all across the region, as that first sponsor. You may have noticed BrownWinick’s logo in your Silicon Prairie News RSS feed or in your email digest of our content. We came to know BrownWinick through Drew Larson (left, photo from brownwinick.com), one of their attorneys, who is a familiar face in the startup community. We’re very excited to have them on board.

If, like BrownWinick, your company is interested in furthering the vision of the Silicon Prairie as a center of innovation and would like to sponsor this publication, please contact either Jeff Slobotski at jeff@siliconprairienews.com or myself at geoff@siliconprairienew.com.

Thanks again to Drew Larson and the rest of the team at BrownWinick.
