KANEKO, an Omaha nonprofit committed to exploring creativity, is kicking off its Great Minds Series this Wednesday evening, September 15, with a performance from singer/songwriter Rosanne Cash. In addition, Dr. Daniel J Levitin, author of "This Is Your Brain On Music" will be giving a presentation that will compliment Cash's performance.

We're excited about the work of KANEKO and we're fortunate that we've been able to get to know the people behind the scenes through our partnerships with them. From Big Omaha in May to the recent Omaha Creative Week Caretakers Forum, the folks at KANEKO have been committed to supporting and growing our city's creative class.

Here is the fantastic lineup KANEKO has assembled for their upcoming Great Minds Series.

KANEKO is located at 1111 Jones Street in the Old Market District. For tickets call (402) 341-3800 or visit thekaneko.org.
