You really can never go wrong when it comes to watching a video of TED talk. Yet this one from Simon Sinek ranks among my all-time favorites.

Sinek, an anthropologist by trade, quit his day job in advertising at Sinek Partners in 2002 in the hopes of rediscovering his excitement about life and work. He then started to help his friends find their “why,” originally charging just $100 per person. After many discoveries and lessons later, Sinek began writing a book titled Start With Why.

As a business owner myself, this talk has helped me examine how we approach clients at 9 Clouds and where we can truly deliver value. Sinek uses a powerful model for inspirational leadership, beginning with what he calls the golden circle and the question “Why?”

I assure you it will be worth your next 18 minutes.
