Tony - please give me your thoughts on the future of micro-blogging. Do you think the estimates are right that in 2012 1/5 of all Web users will have a Twitter account? Or do you think it will be more than that.
Tony talks a lot about changing culture from the top down, but what about lower-level employees stuck in a bad work situation? Is it possible for employees try to cause change from within, or are they better off trying to find a better place to work?
following Bethany's lead a bit my question is about culture as well. Is this culture profitable over the long -term and it is becomes routine and not unique. See that's that tough part of this question.
