AIM announces award recipients of annual Tech Celebration Banquet
Congrats to the following individuals for the recognition they'll be receiving at AIM Institute's annual Technology Celebration Banquet and Awards.
According to a press release, the awards recognize individuals and companies who have risen to the top of their professions and significantly exceeded expectations to provide innovative solutions to their communities, organizations, customers, employees, students and schools.
The event is Tuesday, April 13 from 6 - 8:30 p.m. at Qwest Center Omaha (455 North 10th Street).

- Technology Chief: Dan Simpson of Physicians Mutual
- Technology Guru: Dick C.E. Davis II of Cox Business
- College Educator: Mary Dobransky of Bellevue University
- K–12 Educator: Jean Daly Brown of Papillion–La Vista School District
- College Intern: Ben Schaechter of Creighton University (Intern in Creighton University’s Information Systems Department and at BrightMix)
- High School Intern: Jovan Kelsey of Daniel J. Gross Catholic High School (Intern at ARN Networks)
The Technology Celebration Banquet and Awards is sponsored by CoSentry and Google and the event reception is sponsored by Service-Now.com. In addition to the awards ceremony, best-selling technology author and IT commentator Nicholas Carr will present The Cloud: Seeing Beyond the Hype.
