Developers to get $25 discount at Startup Weekend Des Moines
Shane Reiser, organizer of Startup Weekend Des Moines, announced today that software developers are eligible for $25 off of tickets to the event.
"More often than not, the types of startups and projects launched at Startup Weekends around the globe are web or mobile apps that can realistically be created given the context of the weekend. As a result, developers have proven critical at these events," said Shane.
Shane has made this offer through Silicon Prairie News and asks that developers leave a comment on this post that includes the programming languages they are proficient in developing. Shane will then contact you with the discount code to use in registering for the event. Developers do not need to be Des Moines area residents; anyone proficient in software development that is planning to attend the event is eligible.
The Startup Weekend ticket fee covers seven catered meals from many of Des Moines' well known restaurants and eateries as well as an event t-shirt. Startup Weekend Des Moines is scheduled for March 5-7 at Spindustry Interactive.
