We’re very excited to have her join our team, so excited, we’ve already put a project in her hands: manage our Facebook Page. We appreciate our fans on Facebook, but I’ll admit that we haven’t done a good job of interacting with them. I think we’ve found a Facebook expert, your regular college student — working from behind the scenes of facebook.com/SiliconPrairieNews, Erin will be keeping our fans up-to-date with our posts and events as well as sharing photos and videos.

Besides seeing her on Facebook, you’ll be seeing her at our events and possibly hearing from her, too, as we’ll be involving her in many of our projects. At the end of her intership, we hope she’s learned quite a bit about what we do, but more importantly, we hope she’s met many of you, the reason SPN exists.

So, if you see her at one of our events, or you make a stop by our office, which you’re always welcome to do, make sure to introduce yourself to Erin.

A few details about Erin: born in Oakland, family now lives in Nebraska, went to Papillion-La Vista High School, active in Peer Education At Creighton, and she enjoys 90s music. We’ll have her short bio on our About page soon.
