At 10:30 a.m., updated time of Meetup to 7:15 a.m.

Yesterday, the Five in Five series took an unexpected vacation. Hopefully, it'll return next week with another blogger from the Midwest answering five questions about blogging in five minutes. If you'd like to submit a Five in Five, you can check out the details at siliconprairienews.com/tag/five-in-five.

Also, if you blog, read blogs, or just have an interest in blogs, I'd be thrilled if you joined me Thursday, October 8th at 7:15 a.m. at Caffeine Dreams (4524 Farnam St). I'm hoping to start a Meetup group in Omaha for bloggers (and friends of). I've named it The Omaha Blog Co., and it's important to note: blogging experience isn't required to join. Instead, I hope to bring the community of bloggers and blog readers together (offline) every once in a while to share tips and favorite blogs, discuss blog posts, and enjoy each other's company. Hope to see you on the 8th!

RSVP for the The Omaha Blog Co.'s First Meetup at http://www.meetup.com/the-omaha-blog-co/calendar/11454251/.

Pat - It's at 7:15 a.m. Nice catch and thanks for asking. I've updated the post.

Deb - Wish you could make it, too. If you join the Meetup group you'll receive an email when we schedule the next one.

Ha, thanks Nick! I think I saw you post this comment during the meetup. I'll still be putting a wrapup post out about it.

It was great conversing with other bloggers.

Yes, I put that comment up during the meetup... while you were talking about how much you value comments. A little meta-commentary. :)
