MVF: High growth business initiatives discussed at June’s networking dinner

Omaha August 4, 2009 by Danny Schreiber

MVFI apologize for my tardiness on posting this video. Through our partnership with the Midlands Venture Forum, we've agreed to post video of all of their events. Although this took place over a month ago, I still strongly encourage you to check it out as it covers the current efforts of four people and organizations who are trying to make a long-term impact on our community (including us!).

Also, I must note that you will see Traci Hancock of the Innovation Accelerator only participate in the panel. Due to confidential material discussed, she asked that her individual presentation be removed from the video.

Here’s the description of the event from MVF’s website:

There are many new exciting initiatives focused on spurring the creation and growth of seed and start up businesses in the local area. From new funding mechanisms for prototype development to physical infrastructure for new ventures, come hear about new initiatives to increase high growth business formation in Nebraska. In addition to covering these recent additions to the local ecosystem, our panel will share their views on the entrepreneurial outlook for the area.
