Earlier today, Swindlr announced the launch of their flagship product zappn.com to be May 29th.

According to their press release, zappn is a utilitarian web and mobile destination that allows the planner of an event to manage it at all stages of its life. Zappn.com is a complete, multi-faceted management tool based on multiple, individual perspectives of a social gathering and the desire to share those perspectives with others.

Swindlr reasons that with approximately 100 million Americans already using social networks, Zappn will serve that population by providing a missing and much needed piece - a focus on events.

With zappn, users will be able to:

• Use GPS to check-in and see surrounding events live via iPhone.
• Collect and share video and photographs during and after the event.
• Create an event by issuing invitations, then see other invitees and attendees.

Zappn.com will host a launch event in KC on May 29th to promote it for the KC audience.
