UPDATE 2/4 @ 4:00pm: There have been a lot of questions regarding the deadline for the contest. While the original post said the 10th, we thought the 10 chosen people would need a little time to prepare, so we have moved the due date. All entries should be submitted by Thursday Feb. 5th @ 11:59pm. If you had planned on a later date, please email dusty [at] siliconprairienews.com and we can work something out. Good luck everyone!

The deadline for the first ever Invest Nebraska / Silicon Prairie News fast-pitch is quickly approaching (all entries must be submitted by Thursday, February 5th)! All you have to do to win a cool $1000 is...

• Submit a 60-second video with you pitching your idea... Much like these: http://pitches.techcrunch.com
• The top ten videos will give a 5 minute presententation @ Nomad Lounge on Feb 12th at 7:30pm
• The crowd will select the "best", and will award the $1000 prize

It's that easy! Hurry and get your videos in before the deadline. We've had some great submissions, but we want as many people as possible to submit!
