The Boiler Room update!
It's time folks! The long awaited opening of The Boiler Room is set for this Wednesday OPEN and we're thrilled!
The early reviews coming in are outstanding!
"The Boiler Room is a stunningly sophisticated space with a charming staff and certainly has the potential to be "famous" beyond Omaha!" Alison Hult of Bluestone Development
"I think they are going for V. Mertz experience at Dario's prices, which is amazing."
The Boiler Room is described as an ingredient-driven restaurant, inspired by the "chalk-board menus" of Europe where plates will vary constantly, and with a preference for seasonal, organic produce and meats. The wine list will focus on French country wines and will open with 80 to 150 selections.
Last week we sat down with Paul Kulik and Jesse Becker, a native Nebraskan and one of 167 people in the world to pass the rigorous Master Sommelier exam.
Check out the clip below and don't miss the best line at 6:47 where Jesse says "I found Paul through Silicon Prairie News...".
It's hearing stories like this which confirm what we're doing is worth it!
Chef Paul Kulik and his team are set to raise the bar on the dining experience in Omaha!
Check out The Boiler Room on 11th & Jones and tell them you saw the story on Silicon Prairie News!

Wow! We are already starting to see the impact SPN is having on Omaha. That is pretty cool stuff. Keep it up.

Cool stuff. Thanks for the update. We'll try to post photos of our meal (Thursday night) before the week is over.
I think I'll eat there before viewing The Wild Child.
I hope Omaha is ready for something like this. I myself will have to be schooled in the way of beef cheek, pork belly, chicken liver ravioli, pork collar (unless that's another way to say pork chop..) and veal liver.
We went last night and the food was delicious!! The place looks awesome and it had such a great atmosphere. I can't wait to go back.
