It’s time folks!  The long awaited opening of The Boiler Room is set for this Wednesday OPEN and we’re thrilled!

The Boiler Room is described as an ingredient-driven restaurant, inspired by the “chalk-board menus” of Europe where plates will vary constantly, and with a preference for seasonal, organic produce and meats. The wine list will focus on French country wines and will open with 80 to 150 selections.

Last week we  sat down with Paul Kulik and Jesse Becker,  a native Nebraskan and one of 167 people in the world to pass the rigorous Master Sommelier exam.
