SPN interviews Jimmy Winter of Music Arsenal

Omaha January 18, 2009 by Dusty Davidson

Music ArsenalA few weeks ago, Silicon Prairie News sat down with Jimmy Winter, founder of Music Arsenal, a web application designed to help record labels manage their operations.

Music Arsenal is an online tool designed for the indie music industry. This site helps you keep track of all the valuable information necessary to manage your band efficiently–details like contacts, communications, schedules, concerts, and expenses. It allows you to delegate tasks, to keep track of your progress, and stick to your deadlines. The Music Arsenal Directory provides an ever-growing list of contacts to help keep your band on the radar. Record companies, retail, press, radio, venues–you name it, we’ve got it.

In November of 2006, Business Week magazine named Jimmy to its list of Best Entrepreneurs Under 25 list. (click here to see Jimmy)

Enjoy the interview! Here are some additional links to help you get to know Jimmy and Music Arsenal

Keep up the great work Jimmy! Music Arsenal is a great example of a web startup making things happen right here in Omaha!

Wow, 18,000 record labels in the U.S. - that's quite a bit. Hope they catch on to what you've got.

Great interview - keep up the good work MA and SPN.
