SPN interviews Andrew Hyde of TechStars
Recently, Silicon Prairie News got a chance to connect with Andrew Hyde. Hyde is the founder of four companies including: Startup Weekend, Endoze Design and VC Wear. He is an entrepreneur, avid community organizer and designer based in Boulder where he works for TechStars.

Hyde just returned from Athens where the first International Startup Weekend took place. Andrew shared some interesting thoughts around start-up culture in Boulder and the Midwest.

It's fun to hear how others, like Hyde, have managed to develop a creative entrepreneurial community. What's interesting to me about this interview is the piece talking about a culture, and developing a community and style that reflects the realities of your locality.
Omaha has a lot going for it that other regions don't (cost of living, friendly people, density of wealth, deep pockets of artistic creativity) and it's going to be exciting to see how all of these things come together to form a vibrant, colorful community.
