So here's another interview we're thrilled to share highlighting yet another tremendous Omaha innovator!

Awhile back, Silicon Prairie News teamed up with our good friend Derek of Gastronomic Fight Club, to interview highly noted Omaha chef Paul Kulik about his new restaurant opening soon (we hope very soon!)- The Boiler Room.

Paul shares some thoughtful insights into not only the restaurant business, but his perspectives on business, entrepreenruship and innovation as a fellow Omahan who has also spent much time outside of the state.

Many of these themes parallel the ideas that we at Silicon Prairie News are consistently reaffirming around  starting businesses as well as bringing new ideas and innovation to our city.
