So Team Vaynerchuk is at it again! We've recently mentioned Gary Vaynerchuk as on board for next year's "BIG OMAHA" conference and have been big fans of WineLibraryTV for his use of social media in growing his business and his brand. Best of all is Gary is one of the truly genuine young entrepreneurs out there changing the world.

With that, Gary and his brother AJ along with coder Joe Stump (Digg), and designer Chris Henslin, have built a tee shirt search engine called Please Dress Me.

The concept is simple: reaching out to t-shirt sites and integrating their product line into the search engine.
