Dusty Davidson and I had the opportunity to visit Turbine Flats in Lincoln this afternoon and they’ve got a good thing going. More to come soon on the visit, but we were both encouraged and motivated by what they’ve already accomplished and what we can do here to strengthen not only our city, but the state and region.

They appear to really have it going on at Turbine. Now we just need to create the Omaha version! I’ve outlined the steps required below… I think they’re pretty easy to follow ;p
Step 1: find blighted building
Step 2: gut building and make inside awesome (probably easiest and cheapest step)
Step 3: fill building with awesome companies / individuals!
