Kudos to Christianna Reinhardt for the great story in today's paper on her bakery, Sweet Georgine's!

Reinhardt's inspiration for her homemade breads and pastries came from her paternal grandmother, Georgine, for whom the bakery is named. Similar to her grandmother's style, Reinhardt and her team of two full-time and two part-time bakers mix and knead based on taste and texture and rarely on recipes.
