Omaha once again makes the list. This time in today's impressive article in the Wall Street Journal.
Good points are made where Millman & Richardson talk about giving the "affluent suburbanites a stake in decisions made for downtown. Instead of becoming an impoverished inner city surrounded by wealthy suburbs -- and appealing to outside philanthropies or the federal government for aid -- Omaha has grown used to spreading its wealth."
