Just ran across this information on a group called Omaha Social Capital. Looks like an interesting concept for redevelopment in the Park Avenue Community.

Omaha Social Capital defines itself as "a community-based development organization which seeks to create unique housing opportunities in and around Omaha, Nebraska. Founded as a volunteer group of real estate professionals concerned with urban development, OSC has evolved to focus upon acquisition and rehabilitation, land development and new construction."
